At PES Enrollments, our focus is on the employee experience. Our team of benefit counselors works one-on-one with employees to educate and empower them to make informed benefit decisions, ensuring that each employee is enrolled in the coverage that best suits their unique situation.
We have developed multiple enrollment solutions to provide for greater flexibility for our broker and employer partners, including Face-to-Face Enrollments, our Benefits Education Center (in-house call center), and Self-Enroll Technology. These solutions allow brokers and employers to create a customized enrollment solution for employees, whether working in-office, remote, or a combination of the two.

With a Face-to-face enrollment approach, employees have the opportunity to meet one-on-one, in-person, with a PES benefit counselor to discuss their benefit options, ask any benefit-related questions, and get help with enrolling.

At PES, we provide our broker and employer partners with the option to elect self-enroll technology, utilizing many user-friendly and robust platforms. Being platform agnostic, our team is able to build on many different platforms, including, but not limited to, Employee Navigator, PlanSource and Ease.
With self-enroll technology, employees have the freedom and flexibility to enroll in their benefits from anywhere, anytime, using a computer, tablet or mobile phone. Paired with our Benefits Education Center, self-enroll technology rounds out the perfect solution to keep employees informed and engaged throughout the entire enrollment process.
