2021 was an incredible year of growth and development. Not only for PES, but for our partners and clients. We have spent the last 12 months expanding our team, implementing new technology, improving our client service strategy, and expanding our Benefits Education Center. Here are just a few of the amazing changes that PES went through this year!
The PES Team
PES is incredibly proud to be a rapidly growing organizations, hiring new team members, and providing opportunities for advancement. Our team has executed at a high level all year long to meet our 2021 goal of providing the most memorable customer experience possible for the employees we have the pleasure to assist and our employer groups/broker partners.
Benefits Education Center
This year, our benefits call center went through a rebranding to better represent the full range of solutions offered. Now known as our Benefits Education Center, our team of expert benefits counselors work with employees to answer benefits questions, provide one on one assistance with enrolling in benefits, and offer Employee Advocacy Services.
Employee Advocacy and Support
We understand that employees often need a hand navigating the healthcare system. That is why we expanded our Employee Advocacy and Support Program. Our team can provide guidance to employees that may have questions about navigating claims, qualified life events, billing, dependents, and more! This in turn eases the burden on HR And agency teams, empowers employees, improves productivity, and saves companies money.
Shortlister Top Vendor Awards
PES is excited to announce that we were awarded the Shortlister Top Vendor Award for Benefits Decision Support for four straight quarters in 2021! We are proud of our Benefits Education Center team and their commitment to providing our clients with the best possible benefits enrollment experience.
Benefits Administration and Technology
This year, PES implemented innovative technology solutions that gave the employees many different options to enroll in their benefits, access to benefit counselor support through our enhanced Benefits Education Center, virtual tools, and scheduling technology.
2022 is on the horizon, and the team at PES is excited for all of the changes coming that will allow us to serve our amazing partners and clients even more effectively!
